Plain and simple
Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Bob Kulture Productions ("we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect here, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. It is written with California residents in mind, and the choices below are available to everyone.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you use the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service and delivery option you pick, your city or ZIP (optional), the kinds of media you have, roughly how much, your deadline, budget range, how you heard about us (all optional), and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider and advertising tag receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and, if you arrived from a Google ad, an identifier for that ad click. Some of this is stored in cookies or similar technologies.
We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and give you a quote.
- To run and secure the website.
- To measure whether our Google ads lead people to ask for a quote, so we can decide how to spend our advertising budget.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us by email.
- Our email provider receives the inquiries you send.
- Google receives information from the Google advertising tag on our pages (see "Advertising and cookies").
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use what you send through the form for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Advertising and cookies
We use a Google advertising tag to measure the results of our ads. It can set cookies and send Google your IP address, device information, the pages you view and whether you reached our thank-you page after submitting the form. Under California law, sharing information with an advertising provider this way can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out:
- Use the button below.
- Turn on the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser or extension. We treat it as an opt-out request, and the tag will not load.
- Manage Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings.
We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" browser setting, because there is no common standard for it, but we do respond to Global Privacy Control.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and for ordinary business records. Cookies set by Google expire according to Google's own settings.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have collected about you, and share a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete the personal information we have collected from you, with some legal exceptions;
- stop "sharing" your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (the opt-out above).
We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email info@bobkproductions.com. We may need to confirm it is really you, usually by replying from the same email address you used before. We will respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you. Because we receive most information only from the quote form, we may be able to find your records only by the email address you used.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
